Scope of services
Mold Inspection Laguna Beach provides mold inspection and mold testing. We do not provide mold remediation or removal, construction or repair work, general home inspection, legal advice, or medical advice or diagnosis. Findings describe observed conditions at the time of the visit.
Limitations of an inspection
Inspections are non-destructive and limited to areas that are safely accessible on the day. Conditions concealed within building assemblies, or areas that are blocked, sealed or unsafe to enter, are outside what can be assessed. No inspection or sample establishes that a property is free of mold.
Appointments and scheduling
