We are a local mold inspection and mold testing company working with property owners, tenants and managers in Laguna Beach, CA. Our work ends with information: what we observed, what any samples showed, and what that reasonably means for your property.
We do not perform mold removal, remediation, demolition or repairs, and we don't refer work in exchange for payment. That separation is deliberate. When the company assessing a problem also quotes for fixing it, the assessment is harder to trust.
We start with your account of the problem, because you know the building's history better than any instrument does. From there we work outward from the area of concern to the places moisture plausibly came from, and we say plainly when something is inconclusive or out of reach.
We don't diagnose illness or link findings to symptoms — that's a question for a medical professional. We don't promise that a property is "mold free", because no inspection can establish that about a whole building.
